This year’s recipient is Dave Camp, awarded for his outstanding services to the people of Portland.

Dave was presented with a certificate and a cheque for his nominated charity, The Three Ells Trust, from Rotary members Celia Canter and Mark Townsend.

He accepted the award with praise to his wife Jan.
