To ensure this, ICA:
- Holds a public Annual General Meeting (AGM) to elect new trustees and talk through the charity’s performance, finances and future.
- Publishes an Annual Report, which provides a summary of our work over the previous 12 months.
- Consults with our community to ensure our approaches and activities remain relevant and reflective of their needs and wants.
- Carries out training, where required, with employees and staff.
- Works to a set of annually updated procedures and policies.
